Why not?
Rolla is essentially a bag on wheels made of an aluminum frame and a canvas cover. Three wheels allow it to roll on the street, and a telescoping handle bar allow for different heights. A more comfortable strap will be for Rolla to be carried over a shoulder when in folded position. Folding and unfolding Rolla is simple and requires only 2 steps: unhooking the canvas buckles and placing the frame into place. Wheels rotate automatically into place.
